How to hold your hotel booking on Riya Connect?

- Sign up or log in to your Riya Connect using your credentials.
- Once you have logged in, select the Hotel option and click on Book a Hotel, which opens a new page.
- In the Search tab, search by city, hotel, airport or attraction. Select check-in and check-out dates. Add rooms according to the requirements. Here, you can search and book up to four rooms. Also, you can search and book up to 4 guests in one room. Now, click on Search Hotel to search for different hotel options.
- A new page will open. Here you can further search by name, location, price and star ratings and click on the View Details option of the hotel in which you are interested.
- Before booking, go through the cancellation policy, view detailed hotel amenities and images of the hotel, read the room description and click on “Book Now.” The confirmation alert will pop up and click on OK to proceed.
- Read carefully the cancellation policy, the description and terms and conditions. Along with it, check the room type. Fill in all the details of the guests. If you are using the same PAN card for all the guests, click on “Same PAN For All Pax”. If the name is as per the passport of the traveller, tick the box. Enter the names of the guests, tick the terms and conditions box and click on continue.
- A preview booking page will be opened. Select your payment mode from two options which are top-up account and payment gateway. Put remarks if you want to and click on Book Now or Hold Booking to either book or hold the booking.
- Now, as you can see the hotel has been blocked or held successfully. There is a time limit mentioned on the screen before that you have to confirm the hotel booking.
